All photographs come from Wikimedia Commons. Each was downscaled, and the
product shots additionally had their studio background removed (transparent
PNG) — these are **derivative works** of the originals.

## Before using this on a real client site — read this

Three of the five images are **share-alike (CC BY-SA)**. Share-alike means a
derivative must be released under the same licence. The cutout PNGs in this
project *are* derivatives, so publishing them obliges you to license those
image files under CC BY-SA and credit the author visibly. That is fine for a
demo or a portfolio piece. It is usually **not** what a paying client wants
on their product pages.

For client work, replace the three CC BY-SA files with one of:

- the client's own product photography (best — you need real product shots anyway);
- Unsplash / Pexels images (their licences allow commercial use with no share-alike);
- public-domain images only (`pliers.png` above is already public domain).

`workshop.jpg` is CC BY 4.0 — commercial use is fine, attribution is still
required. It also shows a real shop floor with other manufacturers' packaging,
which is why the CSS blurs and darkens it into an unreadable texture.
